Terms of Service

Yes Foreman is an AI-powered operations platform for field-service businesses. It helps you quote, schedule, invoice, track jobs, manage clients and staff, answer calls, and handle the other day-to-day work of running your business. "Yes Foreman", "we", "us" means the provider of the service. "You" means the person or business using it.

By creating an account or using Yes Foreman, you agree to these terms. If you're using Yes Foreman on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for everything done under your account, so don't share your password, and let us know straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

A workspace is the account's business hub. The person who creates it is its owner and can manage its members, data, and billing. Members you invite get access to the workspace's data according to the roles you grant them.

Your business data — clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, timesheets, and the rest — belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the data you put into Yes Foreman, including making sure you have the right to use it (for example, client contact details) and that it doesn't break any law or anyone's rights.

Yes Foreman uses AI to draft quotes, summarise emails, answer calls, and help with other tasks. AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing anything it produces before sending it to clients or relying on it — we provide the tools, but you run your business.

Don't use the AI features to generate anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

Use Yes Foreman lawfully and don't misuse it. In particular, you must not:

Attempt to access, tamper with, or interfere with parts of the service, accounts, or systems that you haven't been given access to.

Try to bypass any security measure, rate limit, or access control.

Use the service to send spam, scam, or unlawful communications.

Re-sell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as a service of your own.

Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer Yes Foreman beyond what these terms allow.

Upload anything that contains malicious code, infringes someone's rights, or is unlawful.

Yes Foreman can connect to third-party services you choose, such as Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Outlook, Xero, and Stripe. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them — Yes Foreman isn't responsible for those services, their availability, or how they handle your data.

You're responsible for granting Yes Foreman the access it needs (for example, approving the Google permissions prompt) and for revoking it when you no longer want a connection.

Paid plans are billed in advance, usually monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. You can see the plan attached to your workspace in the Billing area of the app.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the Billing area — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

If payment fails, we may suspend access to the paid features of your workspace until payment is sorted out.

Trial periods, where offered, are free for the stated time; you may be asked for card details to start one, and if you don't cancel before it ends you'll be charged for the plan you chose.

Yes Foreman and everything in it — the software, design, logos, and documentation — is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Yes Foreman for your own business, for as long as your subscription is active.

We don't claim ownership of your data. You keep all rights in it.

We aim to keep Yes Foreman available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to perform maintenance, which can cause short outages.

We're always improving the product. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms from time to time — when we make material changes to the terms, we'll let you know through the app or by email. If you keep using Yes Foreman after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Yes Foreman is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We don't warrant that it will meet your needs, be error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Yes Foreman is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Yes Foreman at any time. You can delete your workspace and its data from the app, or ask us to help.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and stays unpaid, or where we're required to by law. We'll usually give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

When your workspace ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy — but anything you've already sent (for example, invoices issued to clients) can't be unsent.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
